Sub-processors.

Who processes personal data on behalf of our customers, and where.

This translation is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.

To provide the web hosting and email service, Hostsuar uses the sub-processors on this list, which process personal data on behalf of our customers. All of them are in the European Economic Area. They are also bound by contract to meet the same data protection obligations that Hostsuar takes on in Annex I of the Terms and Conditions.

Leaseweb Netherlands B.V. Infrastructure and data centre Amsterdam (Haarlem), Netherlands

Platform software. cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Imunify360 and JetBackup run on our own servers. They are not sub-processors and involve no data transfers.

Changes. We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance before adding or replacing a sub-processor. If you disagree, you can object by writing to privacidad@hostsuar.com.
