Status of our services.

What you see here comes from the same monitoring that alerts us — alerts on our nodes, the panel, email, DNS and databases — plus the maintenance and notices we publish ourselves.

No open incidents.

Our monitoring has no open alerts on the nodes.

Services

One by one.

Each service is flagged by alerts our monitoring has kept open for more than fifteen minutes, or by a notice from us if there is one. Blips of a couple of minutes don't reach this page: they do alert us internally.

How it's checked

Every few minutes, without waiting for you to tell us.

The checks run automatically against our nodes and open an alert as soon as something goes out of the ordinary.

Every minute

Sites are responding

Each monitored website is requested and we check the response code, the expected content and that it points to our IPs.

Every two minutes

The nodes have room to breathe

System load, disk space, outgoing mail queue and MySQL on each hosting server.

Every five minutes

Services are up

Exim, Dovecot, Apache, MySQL, DNS and the rest of cPanel's critical services, plus the real flow of incoming email.

Something not working and not listed here?

This page covers the platform, not your website specifically. Scheduled maintenance and notices are posted above as soon as we open them. If your site or email fails and nothing appears here, tell us and we'll look into it.
