The three families

The same engine, three ways to order it.

Underneath it's the same setup: LiteSpeed, cPanel, backups and support. What changes is how it's split, how far it grows and who manages it.

Shared hosting

Fixed plans

Four fixed sizes: you choose the one that fits and change plan when you outgrow it.

4,10 €/month

Inicia, paying month by month

A website, a shop or several of your projects, all in the same account.

Payment
Monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, annual or every 2 years.
Minimum term
No lock-in: at the end of the cycle you decide whether to continue, and if you change plan mid-cycle it's prorated.

until 5 CPU · 5 GB RAM · 50 GB
Accounts
One cPanel account, with a single user

  • A WooCommerce or PrestaShop shop that's already selling.
  • Several of your projects grouped in one account, with unlimited domains.

Don't choose it for

  • Going beyond 5 CPU · 5 GB RAM · 50 GB: that's where shared hosting ends, there's no bigger plan.
  • Giving each customer their own cPanel, user and resources: everything lives inside a single account.

Grow
You move each resource separately; it's applied in seconds and settled to the day on your monthly invoice.

Choose it for

  • Websites that no longer fit in Max, the largest of the fixed plans.
  • Usage that goes up and down: you pay for the level you have, not the worst month of the year.
  • Peaks you can see coming: ×2 for 24, 48 or 72 h, with 24 hours included each month.

Don't choose it for

  • Websites that fit in a fixed plan: Elastic's floor is the Max spec, so it will always work out more expensive.
  • Anyone who wants to pay in advance and save: Elastic is only billed monthly.

Accounts for your customers

Multi-account plans

One cPanel, one user and dedicated resources for each client, and a single panel for you.

30,00 €/month

with 20 accounts and 40 GB of space

Agencies, freelancers and resellers who manage websites that are not their own.

Payment
Monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, annual or every 2 years.
Minimum term
No lock-in: you scale accounts and space up or down whenever you like and it's prorated.
Resources
20 accounts · 40 GB of space
until 300 accounts · 1.000 GB of space
Accounts
One cPanel account per client, each with 1,5 CPU and 1,5 GB of RAM
Domains
Unlimited domains within each account
Grow
You add accounts at 1,20 € and space at 0,45 € per GB, per month.

Choose it for

  • Run your clients' websites without their resources stepping on each other.
  • Give each client access without handing them the keys to the others.
  • Resell hosting with your brand and your prices: we only invoice you.

Don't choose it for

  • Hosting several websites of your own: with unlimited domains on a fixed plan you get the same for much less.
  • A demanding project: each account stays at 1,5 CPU and 1,5 GB of RAM, and that can't be increased per account.

Clear accounts

Where the prices cross.

Three truths we'd rather tell you before you pay, not after.

+6,90 €/month

Elastic is never the cheap option

Elastic's floor is the Max spec —5 CPU · 5 GB RAM · 50 GB—, so no Elastic configuration can cost less than the fixed plan that gives the same. The difference is what it costs to be able to change any month and live on servers with far fewer neighbours.

8 accounts

From 8 clients, multi-account hosting

8 Inicia plans paid month by month cost 32,80 €/month and are 8 services you renew separately. Multi-account hosting starts at 30,00 €/month with 20 accounts and 40 GB of space to share out, and from there each extra account costs 1,20 €/month. Below 8 clients, one plan per client works out better.

∞ ≠ accounts

Unlimited domains isn't the same as accounts

With unlimited domains you put as many websites as you like into a single cPanel account: one user, one password, one shared resource pool —5 CPU · 5 GB RAM · 50 GB on Max— and every file within reach of whoever logs in. Multi-account gives one account per customer, each with its own cPanel, its own login and 1,5 CPU and 1,5 GB of RAM that nobody takes away. For your own websites, unlimited domains are the right and cheap answer; for your customers' websites, they aren't at any price.

Whichever you choose, the floor is the same.

No fear of failing

Changing your mind is cheap.

Choosing today doesn't tie you down: the decision is changed in the client area, not on a cancellation form.

Between fixed plans, only

You move up or down between Inicia, Webmaster, Avanza and Max yourself from your client area: what you've already paid is credited to the day on the new plan.

No lock-in

No family ties you in beyond the billing cycle you choose to pay. Leaving, staying or switching costs the same: nothing.

Change family

We handle switching to Elastic or multi-account: write to us and we'll plan it. Nothing has to be set up again, there's no downtime and the migration is free, wherever you're coming from.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before you choose.

If yours isn't here, write to us: a technician replies in under 24 h.
How is Elastic hosting different from the Max plan?

Max is a fixed size, whereas Elastic is a ladder that starts exactly where Max ends: its minimum configuration gives exactly the same resources as Max. That is why Elastic can never work out cheaper than the equivalent fixed plan. What you pay extra for is being able to scale each resource up and down separately in any month, automatic scaling during peaks and servers with far fewer neighbours. If your website fits comfortably in Max, Max is the right answer, and we will tell you so ourselves when you configure the service.

Is the multi-account plan the same as a reseller plan?

It is what everyone calls ‘reseller’, yes: independent accounts to host websites that are not yours. We call it multi-account because ‘reseller’ suggests it is only for reselling, and most people who order it do not resell: they are agencies and freelancers who look after their clients' websites. It works for both, and if you resell, you set your prices and you invoice; we keep the relationship with you and only with you.

What it is not: our old reseller plans. Those were fixed packages (a set number of accounts and amount of space) and can no longer be ordered. This one is configurable: you choose how many accounts and how many GB you want, and change them whenever you need. If you have one of the old ones it keeps working as before, and moving it to the configurable plan is a separate process that we handle: write to us and we will look into it.

When is multi-account worth it compared with ordering several plans?

There are two answers and it is best not to mix them. In terms of money, there is a number of accounts beyond which multi-account costs less than ordering an entry-level plan per client; it is worked out further up, in the pricing section of this very page. In terms of judgement, price is not the main reason: what you are buying is that each client has their own cPanel, their own password and their own resources, and that a project that takes off does not eat into everyone else's CPU. If the websites are yours and you run them yourself, it is almost never worth it.

Avanza and Max come with unlimited domains: can't I use them for my clients?

To host their websites, yes; to manage them, hardly ever. Unlimited domains means putting as many websites as you like inside a single cPanel account: one user, one password and a single pool of resources for all of them. If you give a client that access, you are also giving them the files and databases of everyone else, and a website that takes off eats into everyone's CPU. Multi-account plans exist precisely for this: one account per client, with its own access and resources.

Can I switch family without losing anything?

Yes, and we do it for you: at no cost, with no downtime and letting you know before we touch anything. Between a fixed plan and Elastic there is not even a migration: it is the same account on the same server, only the configuration changes. Moving to or from multi-account does involve transferring accounts, and we plan it with you. What you have already paid is not lost: on fixed plans and multi-account it is prorated, and on Elastic it is settled on that month's invoice.

Which of the three families is the cheapest?

The fixed plans, by a long way. Their entry-level plan costs considerably less than the base of the other two and also qualifies for a discount when you pay in advance. The other two start expensive because they start big: Elastic starts at the specification of our largest plan and multi-account starts with a batch of accounts already included. If you are looking for the cheapest option that does the job, start with the fixed plans and only move up when you outgrow them.

What happens if I run short of resources?

It depends on where you are. On a fixed plan you move up to the next one: the change is immediate, nothing needs migrating and what you have paid is prorated. If you are already on the largest, the next step is Elastic, which starts exactly there. On Elastic you increase only the resource you are short of and, if you authorise automatic scaling, we increase it ourselves when your website hits the ceiling for a sustained period and bring it back down when the peak passes. On multi-account, what grows is the number of accounts and the pool's disk space: each account's resources are fixed, so a project that needs more wants a plan of its own. In every case you will see your usage in your client area long before it becomes a problem.

Do performance, security or support change depending on the family?

No. LiteSpeed, NVMe storage, SSL certificates, backups, the firewall, cPanel, PHP versions and the technician who answers you are the same in all three. The only thing that changes is how many resources you get and how they are shared out. The only infrastructure difference is density: Elastic runs on servers with far fewer accounts per machine, and that is already included in its price.

Still torn between two? Ask us.

Tell us what you're running and we'll tell you which one fits, even if the answer is the cheapest of the three.
