Adding IPs to the firewall whitelist

Although our security systems rarely make mistakes, there are cases where you need to make sure certain IP addresses have unrestricted access to your hosting service. That is why we have added a new feature that lets you manage the IP whitelist easily from your client area.

With this new tool you can now:

• Add specific IP addresses to the Imunify360 whitelist
• Give each IP a description so it is easy to identify
• See when each IP address was added
• Remove IPs from the whitelist when you no longer need them

This feature is especially useful if you work from fixed locations, need to allow access from external systems or simply want to make sure certain connections are never blocked by our firewall.

To use it, go to the "Security" section of your hosting service, where you will find the "Firewall" area with all the options for managing your whitelisted IPs.
