Send invoices automatically to external email addresses

It is common to have an accountant, administrator or outside person who handles your business's accounts and finances. This is someone who does not need, and should not have, access to the client area for various reasons. In these cases we used to recommend creating a sub-account with limited permissions, but many of you have told us that, whether because of that person's role or simply for speed, having them log in to the area to get the invoices is not practical.

So we have added a simple feature so that the email addresses you choose receive every paid invoice as an attachment in their mailbox.
