Audit all email with archiving

One of the recent options in cPanel that goes most unnoticed, and also causes confusion, is the "archive" option.
Archive is designed to store a copy of every email received and sent on the domain where it is enabled. This means you would have a copy of all received and sent email for every email account.
Some of the most common uses are:
- Security audits by administrators.
- Monitoring and checking how users use email.
- Replicating email as a recovery point.
For this, cPanel creates a special account with the prefix _archive@yourdomain.com, which you can access via webmail, IMAP or by downloading a compressed file with all stored email, organised by date.
More information in the manual on setting up and using email archiving.
