Geeklog is a PHP and MySQL content management system (CMS) for building and running dynamic websites, especially blogs, news portals or communities. If you want a simple but powerful tool for publishing articles and managing contributions, Geeklog makes it easy to create, schedule and edit posts, save drafts and control the format and content of each entry (including images and offensive language filters).

It supports multiple authors, accepts user submissions and offers comments, trackbacks and spam protection. It also includes RSS/Atom export and import, a custom calendar and support for external authentication (such as OpenID). You can extend it with open-source plugins.
