LetoDMS is an open source document management system designed to help you organise and share files easily, wherever you are. It runs on PHP and MySQL and lets you store any type of digital file, like a hard drive on the web, but with extra tools.

With LetoDMS you can upload files from the browser, create folders, edit properties, and view or download documents from any browser. It includes version control (keeping older changes), file locking and unlocking, fine-grained access control (users and permissions), and email notifications when a document is updated or expires. It also has advanced search, automatic conversion of documents to HTML for viewing online, and a simple, intuitive interface.
