Why Open Web Analytics
Ready for today and tomorrow.
Open Web Analytics (OWA) is open-source software that lets you analyse how people use your websites or applications. It's useful if you want to know how many visitors you have, where they come from and how they move through your pages. You can easily add it to your site with Javascript or PHP, and it also works well with platforms such as WordPress or MediaWiki.
With OWA you can track visits, page views and unique visitors, see each user's path (click-stream), and find out where on the page they click thanks to heatmaps. You can also analyse where your traffic comes from, track RSS/ATOM feed readers, and view your users' geographical data in Google Maps or Google Earth. It's ideal if you run several sites, as it lets you compare statistics for all of them in one place.
Available versions: 1.9.1, 1.8.3, 1.8.1, 1.8.0, 1.14.0, 1.12.0, 1.10.1
