OpenNewsletter is an open-source web tool for sending email newsletters to a list of subscribers, with no database required. It's ideal if you want something simple, small and easy to install to manage your mailings from your own server.
With OpenNewsletter you can add or remove subscribers easily, as well as import or export the list. Users can subscribe or unsubscribe themselves (the unsubscribe link can go at the end of each newsletter). You can also choose to send your newsletters in HTML or plain text only. For security, you can rename the data file. It's handy for communities, small businesses or any group that wants to manage its newsletters without hassle.
