Admidio is a free platform for managing members in clubs, groups and organisations of all kinds. You can organise people into groups and departments and give them custom properties. It is ideal if you need to keep member lists, profiles and events up to date and communicate with members from one place.

Its most useful features include access control to protect data, configurable member lists and data export to Excel or CSV. You can also manage appointments and announcements, use a photo gallery, customise profile fields and adjust the design with plugins. It makes importing and exporting users easy and includes a guestbook for comments. All of this is designed to make running your group much simpler.
